Our Services

Health Information Exchange (Standards and Interoperability)

SunyaEk Computing supports Nepal’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) by implementing OpenHIE architecture, developing FHIR-based standards, deploying Health Information Mediators (HIM), and standardizing health data. We contribute to EMR standardization, national data dictionaries, interoperability guidelines, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and sustainability planning—ensuring secure and seamless health data exchange for improved healthcare and public health outcomes.

mHealth Implementation

SunyaEK is actively advancing mHealth (mobile health) solutions by implementing digital tools such as the Community Health Toolkit (CHT), REDCap, CommCare, and DHIS2. These solutions empower Community Health Workers (CHWs) and healthcare providers with efficient data collection, health reporting, and patient management capabilities. As a technical partner of Medic Mobile (CHT) and Dimagi (CommCare), we focus on developing scalable and interoperable mobile health solutions tailored for Nepal’s healthcare landscape.

EMR Implementation

SunyaEK specializes in the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to enhance clinical efficiency and patient care. We support platforms like Bahmni (integrating OpenMRS, OpenELIS, and Odoo) and its Nepali customization, NepalEHR, for better workflow management in healthcare facilities. Our recent work includes implementing EMRs in Pokhara’s Index Clinic, enabling better case management, tracking patient progress, and supporting research-based interventions. Additionally, we integrate DHIS2 to facilitate data-driven decision-making for healthcare institutions.

Health Data Analytics and Visualization

SunyaEK enables data-driven healthcare improvements through health data analytics and visualization. By leveraging DHIS2, we help healthcare institutions and policymakers generate real-time reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize resource allocation. Our expertise extends to data warehousing, dashboard development, and predictive analytics to enhance health system efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Cyber security and Audit

SunyaEK prioritizes digital health security and compliance, offering IT policy development, VAPT, SOC implementation, and cybersecurity training.
